Mick, good idea. I'll reply to the (snip) thingy, since I use it a fair amount of the time.
Sometimes I think it would be hard for readers to know what I'm responding to if I didn't include at least part of the origional message, so I copy the message, then delete some of it (see above) and put in dashes to indicate that I've deleted a part of it. The reason for the 'snip'ing, is because some people are on Pocket Mail, and can't receive long messages. This gives the reader an idea of what the answer is an answer to, but doesn't clog up their Pocket Mail. How's that for clobbering the King's English? Sarah in Seattle/Edmonds
