Production rate?
Yahoo Message Number: 282
They gave you a estimated delivery date at your time of order. They try very hard to be realistic with the current and forecasted events. Ours arrived with two weeks of that date...it was delayed due to the rain we had in Feb. Their production rate depends on the even flow of chassis they have from Ford. There has not been an even flow for 2000 models due to the high demand from the whole RV industry, the low supply from Ford, AND the lack of quality chassis from other manufacturers. GM, Dodge aren't even in the game at this time...kinda strange since the RV industry seems to be at an all-time high.
Ask them when yours is scheduled to start, and if they are expecting any delays from Ford(they may honestly not know). Once they get yours on the production line, you can expect 4 to 6 weeks to build your coach. Weather does affect their production if it rains (the painting process is affected-which can hold up the whole line).
All things being perfect, which they never are for any company...if they have chassis from Ford, all their other suppliers have delivered, they have a full workforce to meet the demand, AND the weather cooperates...they can pump out about 25-30 quality coaches in a month.
Once ours when on-line...it was amazing to see how much was accomplished each week. I believe our 26.5 midbath started Feb 1 and we took delivery March 9. We would have seen it probably the last week of Feb if it didn't rain for two weeks off and on. They call you in plenty of time so you will have your financing/insurance ready so you aren't delayed in picking up your coach.
Also be ready to spend at least a half-day with them going over the operations of your new coach (and your inspection).

Hope this helps...
