No other motorhome that we are aware of has the same floor plan as the mid-bath. We have gone to every RV show in the area and have yet to find a similar model. When you go to sell the mid-bath, young families will be interested in it because of the separate sleeping quarters, thus increasing your resale value. We currently have a Jamboree Rally with twin beds in the back instead of the couches. A number of familes have expressed interest in it because they can put can put their kids back their to sleep and have separate beds which helps avoid fights.
