little used generator June 26, 2003, 03:03:48 am Yahoo Message Number: 23811When we were searching for our LD, a generator was at the top of the must have list. Funny, but I can't remember the last time we used it. I think it was to heat coffee in the microwave at a rest stop. I wouldn't part with the solar panels. We've spent over a year on the road since we bought Ladybug, boondocking frequently and we have to remember to start the generator just to keep it functional. On the other hand (you have different fingers)- sorry, I couldn't resist ;-) , the levelers that we thought we'd never use are sooooo convenient!Sarah, where are you going after Washington? We'll be in AZ until July 7th and Pahrump for a week or two after that, unless I melt first. I may still get George to leave AZ but going back to NJ? That's gonna be a challenge! He wants to move to TX, FL, AZ, VT (huh?) and we haven't gotten to the Pacific NW yet. I won't ry to edit this just in case I send gobbledeegook like I did before.Karen

I'm loving being back in the Pacific Northwest. Don't let the word get out, but this is just about the best place in the nation to be in the summer. I don't know how you're surviving in the desert at this time of the year. Man, when it gets up past about 85°, I start making plans to move out. 72°, blue sky with puffy white clouds, very light breeze, overlooking Puget Sound with all her sail boats, Glacer-topped Olympic Mountains in the background, and some interesting looking huge ships coming and going. Wow.Come on over!! Sarah, Mz. Daisy the Elder, and the Toad. Loving every minute of it.[Non-text portions of this message have been removed]

Sarah, it's hot in Arizona, sky filled with smoke from fire near Tucson and smog from the city. Why would you possibly want to leave ? . . . Yeah, sure Bill. I already told you a month ago to get out of AZ, but you didn't pay any attention. Now come on up where it's co-o-o-o-l.Sarah[Non-text portions of this message have been removed]
