Since we have received approximately 30" of snow in the last two days I am curious if anyone has had any problems with large amounts of snow deposited on their LD - thanks... We had 18" of snow on the LD roof with no problem.Snow varies, but has a typical density of 0.12 g/cm3: http://cdec.water.ca.gov/snow/misc/density.htmlHouse design floor loadings are 20 lbs/ft2 or more: http://www.radix.net/~bobg/books/loading.htmlI doubt that the LD roof loading design is much less, and your 30" would correspond to a loading of 18.7 lbs/ft (if I did the math right).Maybe you could ask the factory if they have any information.
