Why go through this expensive process when almost all leaks are from end caps and windows?
Eternabond Tape will seal the roof seams for 20+years.

"Instead of sealing with caulk, installers integrate vent covers, AC gaskets, and other components directly into the new roof. This eliminates seams and future maintenance."

We all know that vent covers and skylights age and crack. They need to be replaced every ten or fifteen years. But with this FlexArmor goop covering their edges, what happens when replacement is necessary? I'm with Larry. A Lazy Daze's aluminum roof very rarely leaks. Only the seams and roof penetrations are vulnerable, and Eternabond is the best solution for those.
