Un-Winterizing
Tomorrow we’re bring our LD home and un-winterize after several weeks of hard freezes.  We’re going on a short trip to test everything before heading out on a longer early Spring trip.  I’m always a bit apprehensive during the first few days and hopeful that our winterizing was adequate.  It always has been but that doesn’t lessen those feelings.  Nevertheless there’s still some excitement in the air.

Fingers crossed 🤞

Ed, I had been staying at a Yuma RV resort the last few days visiting an old Navy buddy. Their season is from September 1 to April 1. When all the snowbirds leave Yuma, they have to “summerize” the RVs, mostly the Park models that are there year-round. Not sure what all that entails but one guy said he puts buckets of water throughout the interior otherwise they’ll get dry rot.

Now at Midland LTVA with Glen and Elizabeth. Beautiful weather, mild temps, no wind, and no dust. No crowds and nice and quiet!
