Re-Sealing Roof Recommendations
Any recommendations for having my 2017 Mid-Bath’s roof inspected and possibly having it resealed.  Looking for some place in Arizona or Southern California.  I would also consider having a professional seal with Eternabond.  Are there companies that do Eternabond?  Thank you in advance for any suggestions.

Unless things have changed in the last year or 2, there are 2 former Lazy Daze employees (on the service side) that I know of who still work in the industry.

Vince works here: RV Repair RV Service RV Remodel Bus Conversion - Fontana CA and is as familiar as anyone about LD maintenance and repair.

Both were well regarded when they worked at the factory. 

I'm an east coaster, so maybe someone who is geographically closer has more updated information.

Monica, I think the factory(?) recommended a roof inspection/reseal at 10 years.  Are you just getting ahead of the game or does your roof have specific issues?  I'll be following your progress as my LD is the same year as yours.

I did come across this company based in Prescott, AZ.  I don't know if their product would be appropriate, or necessary, for our LD aluminum roofs.  They will be at the Quartzsite RV show that begins this Saturday.

No, I am not aware of any roof issues with my 2017 mid-bath.  However, I live in NJ and haven't found good RV service in my area.  I am on the West Coast now (AZ and Southern CA) and I would like to have the roof at least checked and be prepared for when it needs to be resealed.

Contact Vince and ask him to look at it out of caution and peace of mind, I have a 2013 31 IB and am considering looking into it in 2 years, just to be cautious.  It still looks good at 11 years. I did spray a few things on top with white rustoleum for plastic a year ago, AC cover, vent covers, and some of the seals - mainly as prophylaxis
