Selling LD in winter [best time of year to list coach for sale]
We are going to sell our 2018 24 ft Twin King. Do folks out there think it is wise to sell in the winter? We have it in storage in NM but are currently living in Ireland. Our main concerns are that is may take longer to sell and that we may get a lower price. But it is a Lazy Daze....
 Any feedback? Thanks in advance.

Spring is when people's thoughts turn to RVing. I'd wait until April or May. I think you'd get a better price and a quicker sale.

I would recommend March as the ideal month, thinking May is a bit late to buy and get a new to you RV ready for the summer.   But I am projecting a bit of my purchase of my 2017 TK in March 2022.

That said, if you were in the States now, I’d sell now before returning back to the Emerald Isle.   If you are coming back to sell it, then I would think picking a pleasant time for your visit would make more of a difference than maximizing for the season price.

That’s what I had recommended to Muhammad (who lives in NJ) but it sold in a matter of hours last month. He offered it at a very reasonable price. I think that is the key.  :)

Newer models are in scarce supply. We bought our 2018 in late August 2023. That set us up for snowbirding. We left Michigan for the Gulf Coast for the winter. You can always list it at your price and the worst that happens is it will sell when spring gets here.

2018 23TK? That will sell in absolutely no time if priced fairly. I have a 2001, and I'm asked everytime I go out in it if it's for sale.
