Cab Seat Arm Rests
Anyone know how to remove the arm rests on the front seats? I called the factory a few months back to inquire where they got the seats. They said they are stock Ford seats. There's a knob on the side of each which is labeled "High Tech Seating Products." I've had FlexSteel in the past and on those, you push the arm in and give it a little twist but these don't seem to have any give to them. Thanks.

At least on my 2003, you had to unzip the cover, then force it away from the pivot point. A deep socket could then be inserted and used to loosen the fastener. But it's been a few years, so my memory of the details is hazy. Hopefully somebody can  post more specific directions.

Just as you described, Andy. Unzip and a 5/8" deep socket and bingo. Thanks.
