Entrance step is rotting June 12, 2022, 10:16:16 pm The past month I have been noticing that my entrance step to my 2004 Midbath was getting "softer" and forming a dip whenever I would go in and out of my motorhome. I looked underneath my electric step and all I can see is the motor attached underneath. I live in the high desert of California and I winter in Arizona so I'm not in a wet climate. I did take a trip to the east coast in 2021 and traveled through a lot of rain, but I'm not sure if that has something to do with the wood underneath the rubber mat rotting.. to be clear I am not talking about my electric step, but the actual coach step inside the motorhome with the rubber mat.... I'm baffled by this.. has anyone else experienced this and if so what was done about it?Thank YouMartha Carrillo2004 Midbath

For example take a look at the following posts. Entry step rotted wood?Entry door interior step rotHope this points you in the right direction.
