USPS Mail Tip April 04, 2022, 09:40:23 am I wouldn’t be surprised if most people already know the following information on the USPS holding mail. But I didn’t. First, the USPS will hold your mail for 30 days depending on your address. Our 30 days expires today and my family will pickup our 30 days worth of mail today. This morning I discovered that I was able to schedule another 30 day hold on our mail starting tomorrow. This second hold is the service that’s new information for us. I hope this is helpful to others like me that didn’t get that memo 📝. 1 Likes

Re: USPS Mail Tip Reply #6 – April 05, 2022, 01:39:29 pm That may depend on the Post Office, our Vashon Post Office will let someone else pick up held mail if they know that person, Small Town Stuff! Maybe if you have a PO Box you can add that person's name to the box? Karen~Liam 98 ~ MB NinA 1 Likes
Re: USPS Mail Tip Reply #7 – April 05, 2022, 02:20:40 pm I've been without a home since 1999. At that time I got a Mail Boxes Etc. box in the town I was in.Had that for about 5 years and then UPS bought them out.I've since changed my address to another location and have used that for my mail now for 18 years.I have been to the location twice, many years ago. Now, I call them up when my box payment is due andthey go through my mail and will send me anything I want to wherever I am at the time.I don't get much mail, vehicle registration tabs every other year and a few other things, so there isn't much to send. This has worked out well for me and saves me dealing with USPS issues. 1 Likes
