servicing in San Francisco Bay area
I've got a new MB last year - still having a hard time to believe it is for real, given the covid and supply chain issues.
Now and it's time for the first oil change / wheel alignment.
Called a few Ford dealers and they all told me they don't service RVs.
Does anyone have a recommendation for a good shop in San Jose, California area?
Do I need to use Ford service and/or use OEM parts to keep the chassis warranty?
I am new to RVs - any recommendations for what I should pay attention to?

Thanks in advance!

"...recommendation for a good shop in San Jose, California area?"

While not in the San Jose area I doubt if you will find a better service facility than at the link below. I've had my 2004 30'IB serviced there for several years without issue.  ;D

Hi Michael,

Wendy and I have used Bruce's Tire and Auto Commercial shop at 1136 Old Bayshore Highway, San Jose (408) 295-1742 for many years. They do a lot of truck maintenance and can handle just about anything truck related. They've always treated us well and have handled our 2002 MB with care.

Hope this helps.

Curious about the wheel alignment. Is that specified in the maintenance schedule for the 2021 chassis?

Greg,

Here are snap shots of our LD Manual on wheel alignment.

Hope this helps.
