Bath Door Latch Mod
Here is another modification I’ve been playing around with.  I think I got the idea from Mike Coachman but could be wrong about that.  As many of you already know, the bathroom door latch is kind of funky and sometimes doesn’t work correctly when trying to separate the lounge/bath area from the front of the coach.  Purchased small but powerful magnets from Home Depot, removed the existing latches and added a small block of wood to the door itself to mount the door magnet.  The other magnet is attached to the wooden factory latch mount.  I’m just testing it at this point. If it works well, I will probably do a larger piece of wood on the door to screw into the existing holes which are exposed right now. The wood block on the door is temporarily attached with Command adhesive tape.
