Dry lube for sticky lock
I had a sticky car door lock and found this stuff while I was in Lowe’s, although you could probably find it at any hardware store or Amazon.  I sprayed a little in the keyhole and bam, no more sticky lock.  I also had a padlock that sits outside exposed to the rain and had gotten hard to turn the key.  Again, a quick spray in the keyhole and it felt like new again.  You should never spray WD40 inside a lock because it will attract dirt and gum things up.  But this stuff says that although it penetrates, it doesn’t attract dirt.  I have no association with 3-IN-ONE and this is only my opinion.  I’m just thinking this product may help others with a similar problem.

I've had success with Graphite based dry lubes for locks.

" I sprayed a little in the keyhole and bam, no more sticky lock."

The main ingredient is Graphite, held in suspension by a liquid carrier that evaporates and leaves a slick surface behind. It's found under many brands in hardware and big box stores.   :o
