Place to stay while getting work done at LD

We are scheduled to bring our rear bath to the mothership next Monday, June 7th. We cannot secure any campground reservations for Sunday night anywhere in the area. We were able to get a site at the Fairplex campground for Monday through Thursday but have to leave there Friday the 11th. Todd Miller said it has become too dangerous to park at their parking lot due to a lot of vandalism in the area.
Does anyone have a suggestion where we can park in the area Sunday night the 6th and possibly Friday the 11th?
Any suggestions would be welcome.

Looks like Bonelli Bluffs, adjacent Puddingstone reservoir, has availability. It’s a decent RV park and is not far from the mother ship.

Warren I checked there online and it showed totally booked. They won't answer their phones.

You might try Chino Hills State Park.

With in an hour drive try Yucaipa Regional parking Yucaipa, fisherman's retreat in Redlands, Beaumont Cherry Valley Parks and Recreation district in Beaumont they have 2 locations for camping.

Chino Hills is a state park; as far as I know, it’s a safe environment.

Don’t know your plans, Mike, but another thought if they finish up by fairly early Friday. We are less than 3 hours away so come up to Tehachapi. You may get some traffic but at least you’ll be out of the LA basin.

We were able to get a Sunday night site at Chino Hills SP and then to Fairplex through Thursday night. It's all

I know you've now got a spot but we like Rancho Jurupa County Park, especially the new loop with very deluxe RV sites. A bit pricey but you're in the LA basin.

There is also Yucaipa Regional campground, it’s nice, and it’s large. We stayed there for scouts several times. Probably about an hour from LD.

Seems to me in the last year someone posted that they lived real close to the mothership and offered up there place. If I was home and not using my phone I would look for you.

Walmart has a Supercenter (#3796) in Ontario at 1333 N Mountain Ave., ph 909-321-3165. You may want to call to determine parking possibilities there.

There are no end of shopping malls nearby, such as this one:

It would not be beyond imagination to think you might find a roost in such a facility!

And if you love Mexican cuisine the way I do then I'd highly recommend "Rodrigo's Mexican Grill", located at 8950 N Central Ave, Montclair -- Ph. 909-624-0031

It's looking like we would leave LA Friday morning J-11th. Yes, we would like to stop by your place for a visit if that works for you. Of course, the date could change to a later day depending on how involved the repair takes but I would keep you up on the progress.
Our phones are on between 7AM to 9PM. Call whenever.
