Is this blown in insulation normal under the Lazy Daze area where the bathroom is located?

Yes.  That is the 'insulated tanks' option offered by Lazy Daze.

It's debatable whether that option is useful or not, but it is factory installed.

What model is this?  You may want to put it in your signature line to make it easier for folks to answer questions.

The insulation delays freezing in very cold climates but since no heat is added, it will still freeze. eventually
Heating pads can be attached to the tanks after the insulation is scraped off..
