Lost Part
A few days ago we were cleaning the vent fans in the lounge and BR.  When we were done we found this clip on the floor.  I can’t find where it belongs.   Both fans are working just fine.   Does anyone have an idea about this clip?

Best guess, there are plastic clips that snap onto the top of the arms that hold the motor in position, holding the wires in place.  Find the arm with the wires on top and see if it fits there.

Thanks Ken.  I’ll check tomorrow once we find a place to camp.  (It’s crowded in Utah like so much of this trip).  I’ll probably crawl onto the roof to get a good view of the fan.  At any rate,  I bet you’re right and thanks again.

Holding wires in place was my guess also. I would double check the entire length of the wire that you easily see.

Good choice Ken.  https://www.amazon.com/Fan-Tastic-Vent-801250-Roof-1250/dp/B00IKMWQMK    If you look at the picture of an open fan, and cursor over it for the expanded view, you can see that clip holding the wires in.   Unsnapping the fan screen would give you a shot through the fan blade to replace it. Safer than going on the roof.    RonB
