Bulbs for backup lights for ‘06 TK
The rig is in storage so I can’t get to the manual, but I need to buy new bulbs for the backup lights. Anyone know what the bulb number is (incandescent)?  I’m getting conflicting info online. Thanks! — Jon
(Former) ‘06 TK “Albatross.” And (former) Vespa 250.   Alas, no more; both are gone.😕 Great memories remain! 😄

Our 2003 uses an 1156 for the backup lights.
Your 2006 uses a 3156, the same bulb with a different base.

Larry, I have to disagree. The taillights, including the backup lights are aftermarket, not Ford. So the correct bulb for the backup light is 1156, just like yours and mine.

FYI, the brake and turn signals use 1157 bulbs. If you're going to buy some 1156 bulbs you might as well get a few 1157 ones too. Just say'n
