New water pump
I am going to replace the water pump on my 2006 mid bath and am thinking about going with the Remco Variable Speed On-Demand Model# 55AQUAJET.
Has anyone used this pump?  Kind of pricey but the marketing literature makes it sound perfect.  Go figure.
Any thoughts on this pump?  any others that are better?

Zero experience and no one here has posted on using one. You can be the test subject.

Years ago, variable speed pumps were used by the Mothership and they produced a more even flow. Unfortunately, their short, troublesome lives caused LD to switch back to a single-speed pump, with the Shurflo 4008 becoming the standard replacement model for most of us.
I hope the technology has improved, it would be a nice upgrade if it last.

Now I’m thinking of going with the one you provided link to.  I’m such a coward.  If anything, the cost is incredibly lower with yours.  Will order in a couple of days when I get home.  Thanks so very much.
