Lose your phone? Replace it for cheap
Cheap Straight Talk phones from walmart will work on network-compatible MMOs if you tell the checkout clerk not to activate the phone because you're just replacing a lost phone. The phone locks to whatever sim card you put in it when you turn on the phone. Result: a $99 iPhone 6s.

You can figure out which network is compatible by the color coding:
Red - Verizon
Magenta - T-Mobile
Yellow - Sprint
Blue - ATT
