Stubborn windshield wiper
I’m trying to replace this wiper and the parts I think have fallen off or been damaged. Any suggestion on how to remove? I’ve tried every guy it seems.

Maybe try Autozone. They replace a lot of wipers for free.

My recollection from our '83 is you pull straight up off the pin. However, that is a Chevy part, so I would find a replacement first - maybe from a salvage yard.

It actually looks to me like somebody had problems keeping the wiper on and bent it so it would stay in place. Try straightening it out and then pull it straight up and off the stud.  Some times there is a little lever to pull up on to free things up.

This looks like the spot right next to the cab/hood/windshield.

Our 89 TK looks nothing like this, we have smooth covers over everything.

Doing some searches on the internet this is what I found.  DISCLAIMER:  I do not necessarily recommend any of these, it is a good idea to contact the seller to confirm they will work for you and confirm it is a reputable seller.

Searching for wiper arm or wiper frame gave better results for what you are looking for.

The part in our 89TK that is right next to the cab looks more like these ones:
Amazon.com: Rear Window Wiper Arm Blade Set For Cadillac Escalade,GMC...

This one is on Amazon also, but I can't tell by the description if for sure the entire wiper arm is included.  And it is sold by a third party (so you are at their mercy for receiving it and getting refunds - Amazon will give you a full refund if the item is not as it was described on the web page).
Amazon.com: 18" Windshield Wiper, Metal Frame/Rubber Wiper: Gateway

I stumbled upon this tool, I have no idea if you need it or not.
Wiper Arm Remover Tool-Classic Chevy Truck Parts

There were other items sold at parts stores and ebay but I was really unsure if they were what you wanted at all.

I also stumbled on a video with a quick easy fix (if you are handy) to fix your wipers if they don't spray water or don't move at all.  Amazing the good information you can find on the internet these days.

Did a check, this video looks like a good one and he said they got the arm for a very good price (was a couple years ago).
Link for parts - give this a minute to link as it sorts thru to the page on wipers:
