Good investment
As per my thread on the overcrowded RV world of today and my decision to no longer be a part of it I'll have to say my LD was a fine investment. I took it to town to get the windshield replaced from a rock hit on our spring vacation and was killing time in the local Walmart parking lot waiting for my wife to shop. Two different people drove up asking me if it was for sale. I said it will be but I need to clean it up from our two months in the desert and do some repairs. First guy was just looking while the second guy asked what repairs and I told him the flaws in the vehicle. He looked it over and we took a test drive and he offered my 3k more than I payed for it two years ago. Sold!
Moral of the story is buy an old LD and take care of it and you won't get hurt when you sell it. Might even make a few bucks. :)
Discuss anything with anyone and disagree agreeably. Always be polite and respectful.

And so, you transition to the Alumni Assn.
Unless you buy another LD (the high clearance 4x4 model to make it up to the homestead  ;) )
