03 MB Driver Cabin Engine Heat
Driver cabin is hot on passenger side? Unable to locate were the leak is. Dog house is tightly sealed and not leaking. Passenger side hot air seems to be coming from under the dash where the heater is? Also I blew a heater hose on the top passenger side of the engine on my last trip. My fault ,as I over revved going down hill and the excessive water pressure forced the heater hose off. However the resulting steam and vapor leaked into the cab through the right side defroster vent, mass amount from under the passenger dash, and actually along the floor by the right side door? Under normal operations passenger side is to hot to sit other than cool mornings. Any help would be appreciated. It's an '03 MB - 85,000 miles

Sounds like the heat is always on. The temperature damper must not be gonig to the full cold position.  Cable slipped or a vacuum control leak.  my rig is too old to tell you for sure(1988).
