Trailer Hitch Question September 26, 2017, 05:47:27 pm My wife's niece and husband just bought a new popup camper, which is their first RV after tent camping for a long time. The niece asked me if the Intelli-Hitch Brake Controller is "good.""Dang Little Niece, I don't know, but I know some RVers who do know."So on behalf of DW's niece and husband, we'd sure appreciate any guidance that we might share with them. And as always, many thanks in advance.

Re: Trailer Hitch Question Reply #2 – September 27, 2017, 10:36:57 am In my experience with two different 'pop-ups' (Tent Trailers), both StarCraft, they had their own built in 'surge brake' systems. There was no need for a controller. When I went to a 30'HR however my education began! 1 Likes
Re: Trailer Hitch Question Reply #3 – September 27, 2017, 10:54:37 am This has been very helpful. I've talked with this young couple and they're making some decisions based in part the above information ... so thank you for the help.
