So the damage happened someplace else, then driven home, and the awning collapsed on it. (End of my speculation.)

A large tree blew over in a storm and landed on the carport. There were other photos of the damage as well. Yikes! What happened to this poor LD???Here's the image search in Google:Google 1 Likes
