Sewage Hose Replacement
Hello!
We just purchased a pristine conditioned 2003 Lazy Daze! We love it and cannot wait to join everyone for a caravan! We have camped a few times with is and noticed that the sewage hose leaks a little when we are dumping. It seems like it does not fully fit the adapter. I want to get a replacement but not sure of the size we need to make sure it fits in the storage compartment. Anyone know the size and length of the hose we need for our 2003 model?
Thanks so much! :D

Welcome to the Lazy Daze Owners' Group, Borjas. Where did you find your LD?
Regarding the sewage hose, measure it when flaccid and you will know what size to get.

Borjas,
Welcome to the Forum!
Enjoy the your new LD.

My '1988 MB initially had 10' of sanitation Hose Storage.

My guess is you have a single connection to dump both tanks.  I would buy a Camco 10' HD replacement hose and a Valterra E-Z adapter.
Camco Heavy-Duty Sewer Hose - 10 ft - Camco 39621 - Sewer Hoses - Camping World
E-Z On/Off Adapter - Valterra F02-3101 - Sewer Fittings & Adapters - Camping...

They screw together nicely and seal well enough without a hose clamp.  If it is too long cut off the excess with a wire cutter and utility knife.

You could also measure the lingth of you hose storage compartment  and compare that to the compressed length of the hoses on the RV store showroom floor.

Welcome!

Here is a thread with some information. Dump hose replacement, Rhino-Flex

Also there was a conversation about this just yesterday. Searching the forum gives a lot of results on this topic

I carry a 15 foot Blueline hose in the compartment designed for it, but the bayonet fittings to att to the dump valve have to be detached and carried in another place. Mine are in the rear spare tire compartment, on a5 foot length of hose that I use most of the time to dump.

The Blueline system has worked well for me for many years. The Valletta valves on my Lazy Daze are also dripping, so after 25 years they need replacing.

Good luck.
