Re: LD on RV Trader - Nicer Selection Reply #6 – February 27, 2017, 03:58:02 pm We sent three emails to one of the private sellers on RVTrader and we haven't heard a thing from them. They are in Texas, did we make the mistake of telling them we were in MI? I can't believe in 4-5 days he hasn't had a chance to respond. Thoughts?

Re: LD on RV Trader - Nicer Selection Reply #10 – February 27, 2017, 09:42:59 pm Well that's to bad that looked like a nice coach. Don't give up just keep looking everyday. It took us a couple months to find ours. And I look at ads. Pretty often. If I see a newer LD I will be sure to link the ad here.
Re: LD on RV Trader - Nicer Selection Reply #11 – February 27, 2017, 10:24:20 pm As mentioned before, good to excellent condition Lazy Daze RVs sell rather quickly unless priced considerably out of range. Some of these special LDs don't even make to the market. As a result people should be ready to move quickly, which might not be the case with SOB of RVs. During our search, we had to give up the notion of "watching it" for a week or so while we discussed it.As a result, we made tentative financial arrangements to make a LD purchase, talked to the insurance company about potential coverage, arranged for backup help for our extended family responsibilities, found several places to store a RV, and so forth. When we finally learned of a LD that was close to our wish list (other than brand new), we made our decision in 3 hours after the initial contact and on the road to meet the sellers at their convenience. At any rate, that was our experience.
Re: LD on RV Trader - Nicer Selection Reply #12 – February 28, 2017, 07:13:50 am Indeed. We are prepared but when he wouldn't respond until after the fact our hands were tied. Most RVs aren't going to be even a half days drive. Most likely we will be flying. Gotta be sure the seller is seriously interested in selling to us before we jump on a plane.
