98 30' $17600 63000 miles one owner - craiglist Phoenix
I was posting items for sale in Craigslist and I got bored so did a search and found this.

One owner only (grandparents of current seller).  Looks clean and looks like it has records.

1998 LazyDaze Motorhome

If someone is interested I could go check it out for them but not until next week (this week is crazy & out of town this weekend).  I won't swear I am an expert but I know how to inspect a house, I have read about the more likely areas for leak damage in LDs, and I am attending the escapees RV bootcamp this weekend so I will be much better educated afterwards.   ;D
