Re: Highway 41 closed ‘indefinitely’ between Atascadero, Morro Bay Reply #7 – February 10, 2017, 10:51:15 am Just a FYI: if one is coming up 101 from the south, one can take the Los Osos Valley Rd. exit and go through Baywood Park to Morro Bay or take the Hwy. 1/"Cabrillo Highway" exit (Santa Rosa St.) up into Morro Bay instead of going all the way up to Atascadero and over 41. Saves hauling over Cuesta. Joan 1 Likes

Another option for you northerners is to take the 46 West/ Hearst Castle exit in southern Paso Robles, then head south (left) at Hwy 1. Take a drive through Cayucos while you're at it- a very scenic way to get to Morro Bay!
