Input on 2013 changes to memory foam, led liters and roller shades
In 2013 LD went to the memory foam sofa, dinette, and cab-over mattress cushions.  Also added in 2013 were Day/night roller shades and LED interior lights.

Any comments for the good or bad? We kinda like these improvements but would have to order new to get them since the market sees very few late model LD 31 IB or 27 MB, which we are considering.

All LD have been built with high quality cushions. Our twenty year old 1983 had its original cushion and upholstery and it was still very useable, when sold.
Our 14 year-old 2003 LD's cushion are the same. We have added a 3" memory foam pad, from Costco, to the bunk.

LED replacement lights are widely available and now inexpensive.  With a little research, you can do a lot better than what LD supplies. I'm not impressed with the Factory lights, preferring aftermarket LED lights...better colors and light output.

The Factory shades can be either high-quality rollers or pleated shades, which can be changed but should last many years.
With the existing highly tinted windows, single, regular shades are all most of us need.

Good luck with your hunt
