Tire covers and the awning crank.
Yahoo Message Number: 160117
I purchased a new set of tire covers. They each came with a bungee cord that I was supposed to thread through two grommets at the bottom of the tire cover, in order to prevent it from blowing off in the wind. This is an awkward procedure, especially at the dual rear tires.

Gave up, went home, wracking my brain wondering how to devise a hook thingy that would allow me to thread the bungee cord through the backs of the tires. Aha! I already have a hook thingy, like a giant crochet hook, the awning crank! Worked like a charm, pushed it on the ground, between the dual tires, grabbed the loop at the end of the bungee cord, and pulled it through to thread the grommet, slick as you please.

Don't you just love finding another use for something you already carry around in your Lazy Daze? Now all I have to do is remember to put the crank away after installing the tire covers.
