Service station near Cedar City Ut

We will be spending a week in scenic main st Kanarraville UT later this week. The engine is tapping and we hope an oil change will help ( last one was in Branson via a 19% grade in October. We wintered in Tx and have been traveling since the end of Feb). Looking for a good service station.
