Whoever owned it spent a ton of money on it, replacing most of what can be replaced.
This is expected in a 30 year old vehicle.

Without an inspection, the condition of the coach is unknown.
Most of that age have some water damage unless meticulously maintained.
The older LDs were much more prone to leaks.
The most common spots being under the windows, especially the front, and around the front cap edges or seams.
The switch to the molded, plastic front cap and the elimination of the front window, significantly reduced leaks . Better window sealants has helped a lot too.
Though the years, LD has worked to better seal their coaches and removed most of the exterior plastic, which is prone to UV decay.
Back in the 80's, they were still working on it.

Even in good shape, it still only has the 350 V-8, with 165-HP and a three speed transmission (no overdrive).
Too little for most towing and it has a carburetor, the last thing I want on any of my vehicles.
The transmission appears to be the original, 122,000 miles is a good, long life for the Turbo 400.
