LP detector February 29, 2016, 08:36:38 pm Yahoo Message Number: 159097Hi my LP detector went off in the middle of the night I was running water heater and furnace. All systems were running fine and I did not smell any propane. Is it because we were sleeping with vents closed? I had to shut everything off to get alarm to finally reset. When I turned systems back on the next day the alarm did not go off.

Replacing the detector fixed the problem. The RV Doctor: Replacing an Outdated RV Propane Leak DetectorI bought a replacement from the mothership. Original was a 2003 and replacement was in ~2012 (I think). The replacement was a different size, but LD sold an adapter that fit the new one and covered the old hole.Rich '03 MB in NC
