Adapter plug

Any suggestions on a adapter for the rv electric plug with a smaller 3 prone plug that plugs into a regular house plug.

I much prefer the cord adapters to the "puck" type because I find the corded adapters easier to use and more reliable than the pucks. The cords are more expensive, but, unlike the pucks, none has ever failed or burned out. A few examples of products; there are many sources.
