26 1/2 MB 1999. Toilet Bowl Flush

I have noticed that it takes a while to fill the toilet bowl with water.  Both sinks have good pressure and good pressure comes out of the toilet Spray washer.  Any thoughts or this is normal?

I recently replaced the flush valve assembly on the toilet on our 97 23.5 TK, and if I recall, there was a screen in the water valve, it's easy to remove, and maybe that's the problem?
