MB Bathroom Door Replacent May 21, 2014, 02:06:39 pm Yahoo Message Number: 146446I wanted to pass along some good replacement information for the bathroom door latch. We have a 2010 MB. The product is supplied by J R Products, Clarence NY , ph 800-269-7622, as noted in the LD Companion, part # 20505, complete with link. These products have a life time warranty, which I was unaware of , but after buying 2 replacements at the mothership I contacted J R Products and had a free replacement sent. I only had to send back the broken one. It just broke again and a free replacement is being sent for free again ! The product manager remembered me from last time....
