Also, anyone know what kind and model it is?"PaulMost likely a Whisper King. With no indication of what floor plan you own, it's location will continue to be a mystery. Find the water tank's outlet and follow it to the pump's inlet. The pump.is screwed to floor and has hose clamp connections. Not hard to change once you find it and if you have the flexibility and dexterity to do the work in a confined space. Make sure to unplug the fuse, on the water pump circuit, before R&Ring the pump. A nut-driver, the size of the hose clamp screw, will make the job much easier.Larry

Turn the water on an lesson to where the sound of the pump is coming from.

In our '04 FL, it IS near the tank.Steve
