I find T-Moble to be just about useless in SoCal and Arizona except in heavily populated places. It has zero bars of signal strenght sitting here at home. It also use only 3G, a definite downgrade after becoming accustomed to 4G.Canceling the service took less than five minutes. 1-800-996-1285 ext. 1Love the iPad Mini. Except for the smaller memory, it works just like our big iPad. It is a better size and weigh for my usage. To replace the near worthless T-Mobile data, I use the hotspot, in my phone, to provide a 4G signal. To keep from destroying it any quicker than necessary, it lives in a waterproof case with a screen cover.Larry
