2001 Rear Bath for Sale 22,500 47,000 miles

My wife and I have made a difficult decision. We've decided that selling our 2001 LD 26RB is the best thing for us financially at the moment. I couldn't post to the For Sale file for some reason (I'll keep trying), but here's the link to our local classifieds. I have lots of pictures to email for anyone interested. The asking price is low, because of a few cosmetic issues I can discuss with those interested. $22,500 is an offer I have from one of our local RV Dealerships. I hoped someone in the LD family might want a shot at it first. Feel free to contact me if you're interested.

Dale, One of the coach windows has a crack in it. The quote of NagCo Glass (LD's Glass supplier) was $252 and about 2 hours of labor. They said I could sit in the coach and wait while they do the work. The other issue is a spot in the aluminum under the window in the shower, there's a crinkle from a spot where the original owner (I'm the second owner) backed into something. Nothing structural, just a crease in the aluminum. I can send detailed pictures if you're interested. Other than that, its totally mechanically sound.
