I am a 2 time LD owner and would be willing to give my opinion (no guarantees, of course) if that is not too late of a time frame. But sometimes they sell really fast. We found out 2001 on Craigslist and bought it within two days of it being advertised. The owner who was selling it for his father-in-law, was just tired of all the calls and accepted my first offer;) Good for me!
