Hehr window rubber(vinyl?) care

Hello to all -
 For the rubber(?) inserts that are on the inside and outside of the Hehr (2005) windows, what is the procedure and materials to clean and treat/UV protect the rubber(?) ?. Especially the outdoor sections....
Armor-all type products? 303?

Armor-all type products? 303? --- If the rubber is really dirty, use a mild white vinegar and water solution to clean the surfaces. Then, apply 303; unlike Armor-All, 303 does not contain petroleum distillates.

Thanks - seems like last time I checked, 303 was indicated, but ridiculously priced- might be worth it, though.....wonder what the essential ingredient of 303 is?

Terry, buy 303 by the gallon when it's on sale. Brings the price way down.
