Mid-bath in Surprise/Sun City Arizona

I've been driving down Bell Road for one of my jobs and have noticed a tan mid-bath, no front/side windows so must have an entertainment center, for sale at Orangewood RV.  Don't know anything about it, but if someone is looking for this model, they could call.
