2002LD
Yahoo Message Number: 129989
Hi
I have been thinking about a 2002 LD 26.5  but it has 144,000 miles on it.  It has been in Inside Storage when it was not on the road.  How do you all feel about a LD that has that many miles on it.
I also noticed a 2000 LD with 47,000 miles on it and it is about $3500 less than the 2002 LD but I am not so sure I like the floor plan.
I now have a 98 LD RB with 94,000 miles on it.  It is a great little LD with no problems at all and I would try to sell it.

I need some views and advice.

Sandy

What size is your LD?

That's a lot of miles on an RV's drive line, twice what most rigs of the same age have. You definitely would want to have a very through mechanical inspection. Engine and/or transmission replacements are very expensive.
Now, if you got it a very good price, it might be worth it. It's price should already be heavily discounted, due to the mileage, no matter how nice the paint looks.

If it were me, I would keep looking.
And make sure to have any rig professionally inspected before buying.
