Larry,  Thanks for your input.  Your right, there isn't a lot of objective testing shown on their website.

 It's worse than that. Their explanation of how the device is supposed to work is pure hokum. It reads like a description of a perpetual motion machine, with crucial facts either overlooked or deliberately left out. (Not to mention that the idea of adding nearly two pounds of liquid mercury to each wheel makes me just a bit squeamish.)
