Skylark's new cell antenna

A few weeks ago, Andy and I built a amplified directional cellular antenna for the rear of his LD, to be utilized on weak signals from distant cell towers.
The antenna is mounted on a telescoping pole and can be rotated to find the strongest signal. The pole is attached to the rear ladder and bumper.

Very nice job Larry & Andy.  Might be useful for the amateur radio operators that have asked about antenna installations as well.

A couple weeks ago someone asked how to mount a vertical pole, on the rear ladder, to support a amateur radio antenna.
I didn't response since I had neglected to take photos. Now that Andy has done so, you can see how easy an installation it is as long as the wind loading is moderate. The odd shape of the rear of the coach does require careful positioning of the pole to avoid hitting the coach.
