Camping flu?

I was looking at the weather report.  It might, maybe almost be time to do away with the antifreeze here in the DC area and take the rig out camping.  Got the bad case of the camping bug.  Not much open, both public and private seem to open mid spring. Maybe spend the night in the driveway...

Out West, at least, the NF areas usually permit dispersed camping. Check local National Forest land to see if this is permitted. If so, make certain there is access this time of year (no locked gates, etc).

Thanks, George Washington National Forest has a few campgrounds that are open year around.  I have to work this weekend, maybe next weekend.
