Whining noise when the going over 40mph

Hey all you techies,
I keep hearing a whining high pitched noise when I have the accelerator pressed going over 40. Anyone have any ideas as to what to look for?

I am stumped.
Have had the transmission serviced and the differential serviced and still the noise?

Hi Patricia, I had a "whine" in my 2000 model and it turned out to be the air intake to the fuel injection.
At that time it was covered under warrenty.
I hope this will help.
