 Interesting concept, but the other obvious questions are WHO is responsible for putting the package in the locker?  (A 7-Eleven employee?  A USPS employee?)  Will UPS or FedEx deliver to such a location?
 I'm not sure I'd trust anything of any importance to such a delivery system unless I had assurances that no one else could gain access to the package.
It'll be interesting to see how it works out...and while I can see it being used by locals who don't want a package delivered to their home or place of work, how would a fulltimer find out the address to which a package could be sent in any given city?
